Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to get your gear to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Areas
We ship worldwide with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products with our Water Enthusiast Promise. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Neoprene Hoodies & Sweats (worn close to the skin)
- Thermal Rash Guards (personal protective gear)
- Any item that shows signs of wear or has been used in water
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Exchange Process
Follow the same process as returns, indicating you’d like an exchange:
- Specify the replacement item and size needed
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- Price differences will be charged or refunded as needed
