Returns & Exchanges Process

1. Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  5. Ship the package to our return address (provided with your RMA)

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

5. Exchange Process

  • Follow the same process as returns, indicating you’d like an exchange
  • Specify the replacement item and size needed
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded as needed

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Neoprene Hoodies & Sweats (worn close to the skin)
  • Thermal Rash Guards (personal protective gear)
  • Any item that shows signs of wear or has been used in water
